The London Deaf & Disabled People Organisation’s Hate Crime Partnership are hosting their second Big Learning Event: ‘So no disabled hate crime survivor has to suffer alone’ on the 23rd & 24th June, 2pm to 4pm. The programme includes:
23 June:

- Find out more about the Hate Crime Secondment Project
- Introducing our New Hate Crime Data & Insight Project
- Panel discussion on our work and hate crime against Disabled people
24 June:
- First look at our Hate Crime Training & Film Resource Project’s resources
- Overview of main campaign & policy work on hate crime
- Speaker from CPS on how system works for Disabled victims of crime
- Open discussion on what Disabled people need from the Criminal Justice System for positive outcomes and what other services to recover
- Performance by Sam Rapp the Dyslexic poet and author (bio attached)
The event will take place via zoom, over two days 23 & 24 June, 2pm to 4pm both days.
