Many people working in the law experience imposter syndrome. High standards and expectations, a challenging work environment, and the fear of making a mistake can contribute to people feeling anxious, doubting their competence and achievements, and worrying about being exposed as frauds.
The panel understand what it is like to struggle with imposter syndrome and how it can affect (or be exacerbated by) the pressures of life in the law. The webinar is an opportunity for all legal professionals to gain a greater awareness of imposter syndrome and how to take steps to address it.
