As the country continues to ‘unlock’ from the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be multiple transitions and changes that we all experience. In the workplace, this may involve starting to return to the office, and seeing colleagues again face to face. The Mindfulness in Law Group’s (MILG) July event is intended to be a session where we all share practice and experience together having a space to reflect on these transitions, and reconnect as a group.
You’ll be given a short introduction to mindfulness, guided in some short mindfulness practices from some of the teachers and practitioners from the MILG Advisory Board, and given the opportunity to share and reflect experience and ask any questions in small break out rooms.
There will also be plenty of space for questions and answers at the end of the session too. This is open to all working in the legal industry and who have an interest in mindfulness – from total beginners through to advanced practitioners.
