The DIAL Global Diversity Review, formerly the McKenzie-Delis Foundation Review, encompasses ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, mental health, disability, socio-economic background, nationality, religion, and parenthood.
The results from this survey indicate that there are areas of strength on each of the individual facets as well as areas where more could be done to move the dial and drive change. What each organisation focuses on will depend on their strategic areas of priority and where they are on their D&I journey.
