Hogan Lovells Launches Mentoring Programme for Black and Ethnic Minority Trainees

Law.com International has reported that Hogan Lovells is piloting a new development programme for Black and ethnic minority trainees in its London office.

The INCLUDED programme will be offered to second seat trainees on a voluntary basis, and will deliver monthly two-hour long group mentoring sessions for six months by an external provider.

The programme aims to increase retention and promotion of Black and ethnic minority talent at the firm in order to improve representation at senior levels in the future.
