The General Council for Diversity and Inclusion (GCD&I) are a group representing the in-house legal functions of a number of major corporations who have come together to support increasing meaningful diversity and inclusion across the legal profession, whether in their own in-house practices, or in the law firms that they work with, wherever they may be located.
Communities
GCD&I has set up a number of Communities to provide guidance and support on different areas of diversity as well as a platform to share learnings; each Community is led by General Counsel Signatories and lead Partner firms:
- Gender
- LGBTQ+
- Ethnicity
- Social Mobility
- Disability
Working Groups
They also have a number of Working Groups are populated by members of the Signatory Teams who work with passion, energy and a collaborative spirit to develop tools and content to support Signatories and the wider Partner Community:
