Final year law students Rukhsar Jahangir, 21, a Middle Temple Major Award scholar, and Maryam Razzaq, 23, an aspiring solicitor looking to qualify in property through an apprenticeship, are both based in West Yorkshire and decided to create Legal Lynk after finding a ‘significant’ gap in accessible and inclusive events for women in the legal profession.
The Legal Lynk (CIC), a dynamic social enterprise committed to empowering women and promoting legal networking within our community. Focusing on all backgrounds and fostering a non-alcoholic environment. Their mission is to bridge the gap between not only legal professionals and women seeking legal guidance, support, and career opportunities but also families as well as the community as a whole by raising awareness , breaking barriers and improving accessibility!
