About the Sutton Trust:
The Sutton Trust was founded by Sir Peter Lampl in 1997. The Sutton Trust fights for social mobility from birth to the workplace so that every young person – no matter who their parents are, what school they go to, or where they live – has the chance to succeed in life. Their work has put social mobility firmly on the map and established the Sutton Trust as the leading organisation in the social mobility space in the UK.
For example, the Sutton Trust Pathways to Law is an initiative for state school students who are interested in a legal career and will be first-generation attendees at university. You can find out more information about the programme here.
