The Law Society Gazette reports that Hogan Lovells has announced that in the latest round of partnership promotions, 58% of the 38 new promotions were women, which is the highest percentage in the firm’s history. Additionally, 24% of the new partners and 27% of the 77 lawyers promoted to counsel identify as racially or ethnically diverse, or LGBTQ+. The firm wants to achieve 15% racially or ethnically diverse, and 4% LGBTQ+ partners by 2025.
