IP Inclusive is a collection of individuals and organisations in the intellectual property (IP) sector, who have come together to make our community more inclusive, diverse, open and fair. The IP & ME Community focuses on ethnic minority IP professionals, although it is open to anyone in the IP professions who shares IP Inclusive’s values and objectives.
IP & ME works to the following mission statement:
- To celebrate diversity and inclusion in the IP professions.
- To support ethnic minority IP practitioners at all stages of their careers.
- To assist and inspire ethnic minorities with the necessary aptitude and skill set to enter the IP professions.
- To work with stakeholders in the IP professions and the wider legal profession to better understand and address issues around diversity and inclusion, with respect to ethnic minorities.
To help deliver on our mission statement, we aim to stage events which bring people together to discuss a range of issues concerning the IP professions. We also aim to create a diverse network directory to help identify practitioners interested in speaking at events, writing content or offering mentoring.
