The Magistrates Association is working to recognise and bring together magistrates from sections of society that are underrepresented within both the MA and the magistracy as a whole. They have formed diversity and inclusion networks which enable these members to network and discuss issues specific to them.
Networks include:
- MA Young Magistrates Network
- MA LGBT+ Network
- MA Magistrates with Disabilities Network
- MA Black Asian Minority Ethnic Network
