Nokia To Hold Panel Firms Accountable With Diversity Scorecard Initiative

Law.com International reports that Nokia’s legal team has launched an equality, inclusion and diversity scorecard to assess its panel law firms.

The scoring will take place quarterly and annually and aims to assess whether its key law firms are implementing an effective equality, inclusion and diversity strategy. Criteria to be assessed includes law firm recruitment policies, equality of pay and the percentage of billable work carried out by employees from a different background.
