Clifford Chance announces ‘diverse group’ of new partners
Clifford Chance has announced the promotion of 32 new partners. Twelve of the new partners are female (38%). The firm has a target of at least 40% female and at least 40% male global partners by 2030.
Not all the partners disclosed their ethnicity but of those who did, 38.5% of the 14 new US and UK cohort identified as under-represented minority ethnic partners. It is the third year that the firm exceeds its target of 15% of new partners from ethnic minority groups by 2025.
