The Race in the UK workplace: The intersectional experience report by McKinsey – which surveyed 2,758 workers across the UK from all ethnicities – found that in comparison to white, British males, Black, Bangladeshi, and Pakistani women had the greatest pay discrepancies, earning 21 per cent, 27 per cent and 23 per cent less respectively.
