The SRA want to know what solicitors think about the workplace culture in law firms.

Workplace culture is commonly referred to as a set of behaviours, values and beliefs that shape how people work and interact day to day. Put simply, it refers to the way firms ‘do things around here’.

This survey is for individuals working in firms. The SRA want to hear from you about your culture to help us understand how firms create a positive workplace culture for everyone and what’s important to the individuals working there.

Deadline: 16 July 2021.

Find out more and take the survey here.
