Survey: Share your experiences of being asked about your salary history by prospective employers

This survey is being conducted by the Fawcett Society’s East London Local Group, as part of their #EndSalaryHistory campaign to encourage employers to stop asking job applicants for details of their current pay.

There is evidence that asking job applicants for their salary history contributes to perpetuating gender and ethnicity pay gaps. This survey intends to understand: i) the prevalence of this practice in the UK; ii) people’s experiences of responding to salary history questions; and iii) people’s perceptions of the practice.

Take the Survey.
