Law Society Gazette reports that staff at transatlantic firm Womble Bond Dickinson will be free to decide whether they work at home full time, in the office full time, or a mixture of the two.
All 1,100 UK employees at the firm will have the flexibility to combine home and office working by blending their personal preferences with the needs of the business and clients. This will be without any mandatory requirements set across the firm other than for those in learning roles.
