Attend: Advancing Wellness in Law – Panel discussion on contemplative practices in the study and practice of law

This next digital conversation will take place on March 9th at 9.30 am. Dr Anthony Cullen will lead a panel discussion on contemplative practices. The speakers include practitioners Paridha Singh  and Elaine Quinn in addition to academic network members Dr Cullen and Lughaidh Kerin.

The session will explore the use of contemplative practices in the context of legal education and professional practice. Drawing on the experience of panel members, we will discuss trends in the integration of such practices, addressing issues of resilience, well-being, and personal and professional efficacy.
