Liverpool Law Society is pleased to announce that it will again be holding the ‘Pathways to the Legal Profession’ event due to its popularity in previous years.

This will take place online on Wednesday 5th May from 1:30pm-3:30pm. The event is designed to offer help and advice to year 12 students from the Liverpool City Region area in the different ways available to pursue a career in law. A degree in law is not the only way to enter the profession; apprenticeships are becoming more widely available and popular for those who are concerned about the burden of debt that comes with studying at University.

The event will include speakers from local Universities, CILEx, providers of legal apprentices, barrister and law firms to talk to students about the options regarding a career in the law. There will be opportunities to ask questions to our expert panel, who will offer their help and advice throughout the event.

In each of the previous years the event attracted over 100 students and teachers from over 21 schools across Merseyside. Invites have been sent out for the 2021 event. If you have any enquiries regarding this event, or you are a school who would like to attend please contact them on socialevents@liverpoollawsociety.org.uk
