Baby Loss Awareness Week takes place every year on 9th – 15th October. This October will mark the 20th Baby Loss Awareness Week.

This week aims to raise awareness about how pregnancy and baby loss affects thousands of families each year across the UK. It is also a opportunity to bring together bereaved parents, their families and friends, and anyone else who has been touched by lives lost during, at or soon after birth and in infancy.

Turning the UK Pink and Blue – raising awareness one building at a time

Would you like to be part of something amazing and help make Baby Loss Awareness Week 2022 even bigger than last year? Help BLAW approach buildings and landmarks in your region to turn pink and blue throughout 9-15 October and raise awareness of pregnancy and baby loss.

Last October more than 200 buildings and landmarks lit up Pink & Blue across the UK from Shetland to the Channel Islands.

October may feel like a long way off but we know that the sooner we ask buildings to take part the better chance we have of them lighting up during the Week.

BLAW have made this as easy as 1,2,3…

1.Make a list of local landmarks that have external lighting at night.

2.Download the template enquiry form and find out how to contact the building (their website should have details).

3.Please let them know which buildings you have contacted by completing the short online form with the result of your request.
