Together with Gapsquare, a pay analytics company, Next 100 Years are creating a report on the gender pay gap that exists across the legal profession.
They will publish the report this summer as a call to organisations to make change.
Leveraging data points, the report will make a projection on how long the gender pay gap will take to close, and subsequent projections on how much sooner this could be achieved if proposed targeted changes are implemented.
How you can help:
- If you are a woman working in the legal profession you can help by completing the 3-minute anonymous survey. By contributing to the survey, you will help ensure that the perspectives of women are incorporated into this call for change.
