GROW was founded by Justin Farrance who is an active advocate for social mobility, diversity and inclusion in the legal industry. Justin runs GROW alongside Natasha Dutton and they both work as trainee solicitors at Allen & Overy in London.
GROW, pairs students to a legal professional who shares a similar background, community, or other commonality. Mentors interact with their mentees once a month via phone or video call and provide frequent access via email support.
