Law.com reports that Legal diversity organization Diversity Lab is kicking off the fifth year of its Mansfield certification process with the launch of a pilot program for U.K. firms.
The Mansfield program requires that certified firms agree to consider at least 30% women, lawyers from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, lawyers with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ lawyers, for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions and lateral positions.
