Law Society: Reasonable adjustments in organisations – best practice for disability inclusion

The Law Society Lawyers with Disabilities Division has published their guidance on reasonable adjustments best practice for disability inclusion.

Securing reasonable adjustments consistently emerged as the most significant barrier for disabled people in the profession in the Legally Disabled? research launched in 2020.

Together with the Legally Disabled? research team, the Law Society Lawyers with Disabilities Division Committee have created guidance to help organisations understand what they’re legally obliged to do in terms of reasonable adjustments, and how to implement them.
