Law Society Training: Disability Equality: Improve the Experience of Disabled Clients in Day-to-day Practice

The legal profession needs practitioners who are more mindful of and responsive to the needs of their disabled clients. This interactive and thought-provoking training seeks to challenge and change participants’ existing values and beliefs in relation to disability equality.

This live webinar, scheduled on Monday 23 May 2022 at 10:00-12:00, will support practitioners to adopt more inclusive working practices to improve client care through the provision of a more bespoke service to their disabled clients.

Karen Sullivan has worked in the field of disability equality for over twenty years as an Inclusion Manager and Special Needs Advisor in an educational context. She has designed and successfully delivered a wide-ranging training programme in the field of disability equality training to highly diverse audiences including headteachers, nursery owners, managers, teachers, parents/carers, childminders and early years practitioners.
