About:
LeGal BesT is an LGBTQ+ network for law firms who believe that they can achieve more together. LeGal BesT includes member firms which may not large enough to support their own internal LGBTQ+ networks and wish to support and utilise LeGal BesT to provide a network for their LGBT staff, which provides support, education and social events.
The aims of the LeGalBesT network are:
- to ensure each law firm has a fair and inclusive working environment for all LGBTQ+ staff.
- provide a forum for firms to share and promote best practice of LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace.
- to offer social and networking opportunities.
- to help network members realise the opportunities available to LGBTQ+ friendly firms and their clients,
Each firm has a representative on the committee, but LeGal BesT welcomes all staff of our members whether fee earners or support staff (and whether LGBTQ+ or allies) to get involved.
