There is a growing body of evidence that a pay gap exists between black/minority ethnic and white employees in the UK, but background research has shown that there is very limited data specifically focused on black women.
The Ethnicity Pay Gap campaign is running an online survey that aims to explore the impact of pay inequality on Black women living in the UK. The survey closes on 7 August.
