Law.Com International reports that as many in the legal industry call for a better work-life balance, Walker Morris has implemented a generous sabbatical scheme. Walker Morris will allow eligible fee-earners at the firm to take up to four weeks paid leave, in addition to existing annual holiday entitlement.

Lawyers who have provided two years service to the firm will be entitled to two weeks sabbatical, and those who have been there for three years plus can take up to four weeks leave.
